|  | rDesk® Contact Manager is a customizable platform designed for real estate professionals to help manage their day-to-day activities. It also works as the application framework and portal for add-on products such as rDesk Website™, rDesk IDX™ and rDesk CMA™.
The rDesk platform includes:
- Widget Dashboard - Every user gets a customizable widget-based home page. Users can move, add or remove widgets to meet their display preference. Widgets include News, Weather, Calendar, Schedule and Today’s Motivation. Depending on the add-on products that the user subscribes to, there may be other dashboard widgets available.
- Contact Manager - Customer and lead information, such as address, phone numbers and contact history; information is stored and seamlessly integrated with other rDesk products.
- Calendar & Event Scheduler - Users can manage personal tasks; also includes calendar events posted by MLS and co-brand.
- POP 3 email configuration - User can configure the email feature to work with his/her current email provider. Note: This is not a hosted email solution.
- Neighborhood and School Reports - Demographic, environmental and statistical data on neighborhoods at the census-block level, based on input search criteria; available in print (PDF) and electronic formats. List of schools and associated statistical data based on input search criteria; available in print (PDF) and electronic formats.
- Web Documents - Online file storage solution. User can store documents, such as online brochures, flyers, forms, etc. for access via the Internet. User can share contents of Web Documents folder with customers, other users integrated with rDesk, such as MLS or co-brand. MLS and co-brand can also share documents with members using Web Documents. Access for third party is password protected. There is a limit of 50MB per End User. * Create a Map - Create and print a neighborhood map, with level of detail adjustments.
- Neighborhood Finder matches neighborhoods to customer preferences; provides neighborhood rankings based on entered criteria; offers neighborhood demographics, economic, and housing statistics, school information, climate and other features. Reported at the census-block level.
- Mortgage Calculators - Multiple online calculators to help customers make an informed decision—includes features such as whether to rent or buy, get a fixed or adjustable rate mortgage, estimated closing costs and other financial features associated with purchasing or deciding to purchase a home.
- Real Estate Glossary - Glossary of real estate-related words and phrases.
- Favorites (links) - Ability for agent to add links to their favorite websites.
- News - Customizable news links and widgets. Options include real estate, national, local, and sports news.
- Weather - Current weather, 48 hour forecast, and 7 day forecast for any city in the United States. Default is agent’s location.
- Daily Motivation - Motivational thought for the day. Users can retain or remove feature.
- Personal Profile (user preferences) - Users can change their personal profiles, such as contact information, email address, photo and company logo. The profile enables consistent branding across all rDesk products for the user.
- Flyers - Create listing flyers; available in print (PDF) and electronic formats
