Online public records database system of over 160 million records that integrates with MLS systems data via RETs. Uses tabular and mapping tools to Produces Property Profiles, Comparables, and Prospecting Lists. Reports include property characteristics, sales and mortgage history, demographics, schools information, and where available, foreclosure data.
4 REINSIGHT VOICE
This search feature enables users to search the MLS database via voice prompts using their cell phone. The alert feature allows users to receive updated MLS listing information via automated phone voice and SMS (text) messages.
